At POSTCARD, we strive to make the repair process as seamless as possible for our customers. We are pleased to offer repair services for any items with manufacturing defects in materials, provided the repair request is made within 3 (three) months of the original purchase date from postcardstore.in. Please note, however, that we may not always have the original parts available for repairs.
Issues caused by damage from normal wear and tear, such as dirt, scuff marks, rips, or scratches, are not eligible for repair under this policy.
To request repair authorization, please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp using the contact details provided. When contacting us, ensure the following information is included:
EMAIL SUBJECT: SERVICE / REPAIR REQUEST
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Shipping Address
- Detailed Description of the Damage
- Photos of the Damaged Item
Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to POSTCARD for repair. Once your repair request is approved, the repair process may take approximately 5 to 7 working days to complete.
For any alterations, we recommend reaching out to us via email or WhatsApp to discuss the possibilities. Once the alterations are confirmed, you will need to send the item to us for the necessary changes.
PURCHASES FROM EXTERNAL VENDORS
If your item was purchased from a vendor other than postcardstore.in, please email us for further assistance. Our team will review the request and determine whether we can proceed with the repair.
